IMPROVE the performance of the POCO X3 PRO | Pixel experience
Hi, I’m Jacopo Latrofa (aka fralapo) and today I’ll show you how to improve the performance of the Poco X3 Pro by replacing MIUI with Pixel Experience .
– Necessary files –
First download these files from the following links:
- Unlock Mi
- TWRP
- Tool-platform
- Pixel Experience
- Xiaomi Driver (Optional)
– Developer mode –
Now if you don’t already have it you have to open the bootloader, then take the phone and learn the settings go to the system info and click on “MIUI version”.
You will get the developed options found in the additional settings tab.
Here you can allow bootloader unlocking and USB debugging.
– Log in with Xiaomi account –
Once this is done, check that you are logged in with your Xiaomi account.
– MI unlock –
Now let’s move on to the computer, start the MI Unlock tool and log in with the same Xiaomi account as in the previous step.
Return to the phone for a moment and after doing it turn it back on in fastboot mode by holding down the volume down and the power button, to follow it via cable to the computer.
Finally first on “Unlock” the first time you will get a message telling you to wait several days, usually a week. Once the indicator time has passed, repeat the process and the bootloader will be unlocked.
Unfortunately, there is currently no way to bypass this waiting period.
– Unlock device –
When the device is restarted, a lock screen will appear, here you need to re-enter the Xiaomi account in order to continue using the phone.
In the developer options you can view the unlock status.
– TWRP –
Now let’s move on to installing Modified Recovery
Move the TWRP file into the “platform-tools” folder and open it, in the top bar type cmd
and press enter.
It will open in which, after restarting the device in fastboot mode and connected to the computer, type the command fastboot devices
to verify that the phone is connected to the computer.
Now type the command fastboot flash recovery
and drag the twrp file. Then press enter.
Once the operation has been completed, type fastboot reboot
to reboot the device.
– Pixel Experience –
Now copy the Pixel Experience file onto a micro SD card and insert it into your device.
– Start in recovery –
Now boot your phone into recovery mode by pressing and holding the volume up key and the power key.
- The first step is to carry out the Wipe.
- Next install the ROM.
- Finally perform the formatting.
Now you can restart your device and enjoy the Pixel Experience.
